This is amazing KD! The colours are all so different and yet you've picked the right tones so they blend well without looking too gaudy - major props to you and your fantastic shading skills! 
I like that you've shaded her hair and face with darker colours as well, it really adds emphasis so I'm not too distracted by the hoops. 
Not to mention the coloured lineart makes a huge difference, and her eyes look 3D as well.
An overall beautiful piece with a real happy feeling to it.
